The open book sample
Explore the questions, extra facts and optional memory pages. Use the sample to decide whether it suits you or someone you are choosing for.
These four genuine pages come from an earlier print proof. They are separate pages, not a facing spread. Final editorial and layout work continues.
The question on page 17 continues on page 18; both are included. Read the same earlier proof pages as adjustable text, or open any image full size.
